The Summit Racing Equipment Sick Ward Presented by PEAK Performance – Along with Sick Spit Show & Shine – Is Open for Sick Summer, Sick Michigan Miles and Sick Smokies
Although many tend to focus on the competitors at Sick The Magazine events like our recently completed Sick Week, our Summit Racing Equipment Sick Ward Presented by PEAK Performance is just as important.
Built to give the enthusiast that wants the full drag and drive experience, minus the race track passes, Sick Ward has been part of each of our events, and is now open for the 2025 edition of Sick Summer, as well as Sick Michigan Miles and Sick Smokies.
Our Sick At The Rock event is just over a month away, and we’re debuting a new class - the Sick Street Car Challenge class - with $32,000 in payouts up for grabs!! This two-day drag and drive format class is now open to 200 lucky competitors, and you don’t necessarily need to be the quickest overall either. We have 32 different categories to award $1,000 in, and we’ve come up with some good ones to give every competitor a shot at some money. “We’re appreciative of the large number of drag and drive enthusiasts that want to join us at a Sick The Magazine event each year,” said Tom Bailey. “After a few years of talking to our Sick Ward participants and listening to their feedback, we think we’ve hit on the right balance for the Sick Ward part for all of our 2025 events.”
In addition to a discounted admission rate for the week versus buying individual tickets in advance or at each track, the Sick Ward package includes a limited edition t-shirt, and a windshield banner to show your support. One ticket per person is required, for ages 13 and up (ages 12 and under are free with a paying adult). You can purchase up to 4 tickets in advance.
There are two levels to our Summit Racing Equipment Sick Ward Presented by PEAK Performance: the basic level noted above, and then the optional Sick Spit Show & Shine. For an additional fee, you can nominate your cool and unique ride for the Sick Spit Show & Shine, which includes pit parking (only open for performance-based, vintage or otherwise unique vehicles). Space is limited, but if your ride is selected, you will receive one of these coveted spots.
The Summit Racing Equipment Sick Ward Presented by PEAK Performance is now open for our remaining three drag and drive events in 2025: Sick Summer Presented by Motion Raceworks, as well as Sick Michigan Miles Presented by Driven Racing Oil, and the Edelbrock Sick Smokies.
