Who Will Be Crowned the ‘Sickest of the Sick’ From Drag-and-Drive Competition in 2023?

Tens of thousands of miles have been traveled, thousands of runs made on drag strips across the country, and thirty unique events spanned the drag-and-drive landscape in 2023.

It was a landmark year watching the growth of the community, the competitors both veteran and rookies, and a slew of new experiences and memories.

Sick The Magazine’s 2024 event schedule is out! Looking to participate with us? Visit Sick the Mag, click the “Events” tab, select your event of choice, and fill out an expression of interest form!

At Sick the Magazine, our mission is to cover the drag-and-drive landscape from both the events and results side, as well as the features and enthusiast side.

So many of you put a ton of time and effort (and honestly, money) into attending these events in 2023, and we want to celebrate that involvement! Thus, the first-ever “Sickest of the Sick” awards have been created!

We posted the first of fifteen different categories on Facebook on November 24th, in both the ‘Sick the Mag’ group as well as our ‘Sick the Magazine’ page.

In the days since then, hundreds of nominations have poured in, and we’re ready to narrow the field and declare some winners!

Starting tomorrow, we will post a different “Sickest of the Sick” category each day, with a poll featuring five choices based on nominations and responses to those nominations. CLICK HERE to visit the “Sick the Mag” Facebook Group!

We encourage the drag-and-drive community to vote for your favorite choice, and we will present fifteen receipts with the first-ever “Sickest of the Sick” award!

Voting on our first category will go live tomorrow at noon eastern time; CLICK HERE to visit the “Sick the Mag” Facebook Group!
