The Newest Muscle Car from Dodge – The Next-Gen Charger – Is Publicly Revealed at Sick Powerfest at M1 Concourse

M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan will be a flurry of activity over the next two days, starting with today’s Sick Powerfest Presented by Dodge and M1 Concourse.

Sick the Magazine brings the World Burnout Championship and Sick Spit Show-n-Shine to the mix, while Dodge will have a ton of goings on. From the Dodge Drift Experience with Charger Hellcats, to the Dodge Hornet Offroad Experience, Dodge Simulators and even Tony Stewart Racing’s Dodge Nitro Funny Car and Top Fuel Dragster nitro fire-ups!

Earlier this morning, the Next-Gen Charger was revealed to the media, and Dodge’s new ride will be able to be seen by the public starting at 1 p.m. today.

The fresh redesign of the iconic Dodge nameplate packs some cutting edge styling, as well as all-new drivelines.

The top-of-the-line Charger Daytona Scat Pack features an all-electric platform, with all-wheel-drive and 670 horsepower and 627 lb./ft of torque from a pair of electric motors. The power will pull the Charger to an estimated 0-60 mph time of 3.3 seconds, and a quarter-mile time of 11.5 seconds.

The Charger also packs a completely redesigned interior, and a muscle car staggered wheel and tire combination, (a 305/35/20 front and 325/35/20 rear tire setup is available).

For those that prefer their kicks on dinosaur juice, the Charger SIX PACK H.O. will feature 550 horsepower from a 3-liter twin-turbo Hurricane High Output engine.

The Next-Gen Charger is just one part of the huge display at today’s Sick Powerfest Presented by Dodge and M1 Concourse. More information and details are below.
