Adam Flamholc Crashes Pro Mod During Test Session at Orlando Speed World

Adam Flamholc was in a wreck with his new Pro Mod during a private test session at Orlando Speed World Dragway today.

A racer with appearances on the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), National Muscle Car Association (NMCA) and No Prep series, Flamholc had just acquired the ’57 Chevy Pro Mod.

Flamholc stated on his Facebook page “Something not so good just happened. I’m posting this so everyone knows I’m okay. Something broke on the car, and as seen in the video it made a sudden turn to the wall.”

The Swede, who now makes his home in Cape Coral, Florida, was testing the ’57 Chevy Pro Mod with plans to debut it at this weekend’s NMCA Muscle Car Mayhem event in Orlando.

The ’57 Chevy was purchased turn key last year, a Tim McAmis chassis that was finished by Mike Williams in Tennessee.

Flamholc put together a screw-blown HEMI for power, and backed it with a Bruno drive and Lenco.

At press time, it is unclear the extent of the damage to the car, or if Flamholc and crew can get things patched up for racing this weekend.
